I like when the Loserville fans drop by. I doubt they will this year because we play them later in the season. I think last year not a single Loserville fan who was trolling here came back after the game. At least a couple of the Va Tech fans came back after the game to offer congrats.

I’m surprised that my Tigers are still playing Furman. There is little to gain from opening the season with them. If Clemson is the team we think they are .... let’s play someone from a competing league. This is the big 12 gripe right now. They contend that playing nine “tough” league games plus two out of conference teams should give them an advantage when selection times come. I don’t agree with this but Furman et al adds little to our resume.

I looked pretty closely and I can’t see where I said major team or big 12 team! It should not be that hard to find a ‘name’ school every year that would accept the money we could pay them to appear in DV. I would much rather play Rice or Rutgers or Memphis etc than Furman or SC State!

I think we have to play a certain number of in state smaller schools per year due to being a public college now I may be wrong but I think there's something stating we have to. At least I have heard this before.

Ouch. Good thing I was too poor and chose to go to CLEMSON instead of Furman. I grew up next to Furman and loved that school, but could not afford to go there. I still love that school.
