It's alcohol and water. Not even a gel feel like Purell.

Don’t drink it all in one shot. Pace yourself.

Tiger Liquor?

good review of them:
They got both Everclear and "Not-Everclear", plus the staff don't mind when you show up 5 minutes before state law requires they shut down as long as you know what you want and where it is. I don't know if I was speaking to the owner, but based on our conversation it seemed to be the case. The first time I visited a Vietnam vet was working the counter and just told me "Happy birthday! On this day back in 19[XX] I set my boots on the ground" and gave me a stern, serious glare that he held for what felt like an eternity before laughing and reaching forward to heartily pat me on the shoulder and tell me to have a good time.
I've been to 0 (zero) other liquor stores, so don't ask me about anything regarding competitive pricing; I don't give a hoot about that. Great staff, good selection (even though I exclusively drink lighter fluid), convenient location.
