When an NFL player is going to be suspended it takes about a day to file the paper work and get a judge to issue an injunction to stop the suspension until there can be a proper review and hearing, allowing the player to play. Should work for Dex, Brandon and Zach but hearing nothing.

I think it's more the NFLPA getting the suspension postponed, college players aren't unionized though.
