As far as America's physical health after this Coronavirus...

Mar 28, 2020, 10:13 AM

I think it will be better. I just walked down to the boardwalk on the beach. I have never seen so many people exercising around here. Maybe people will drink a little less without bars too. This could be better for people physically.

If she's a hollerer, she'll be a screamer.
If she's a screamer, she'll get you arrested.

I'm drinking WAY more sitting at home...

however, we are exercising a ton. Walks, bike rides, etc.
LOVE to see all the dogs walking and their happiness.
We rode by and older Golden yesterday with his owner, and he
was laboring. Spoke to the owner however, and she said this
is the best he's felt in 6 months. We got him some fresh
water and he rested on our driveway for a bit, then he was
back up walking again, on a VERY slow pace.

Saw a Bernadoodle as well, and daughter fell in love with him.
What a cool dog.

I have 20 miles more this month than any previous this year or last. Plus my kids wanting to play and walking around. I am averaging 19k steps a day.

I had a boat load of pizza last night and didn’t even care. Other than the virus and the chance of us all losing all we have, life is good for right now.

Agree - 16,000 steps / day & lost 9 lbs. Drinking less also.***
