My "Merryland"= Maryland which is a Big10 team, not ACC.

As to the numbers, Clemson needs a new agent for the next negotiation if they are accurate.

You have to look at this from Nike's standpoint if you aren't all in with us why should we go all in with you . It could also be because when this contract was signed we weren't doing so good

"according to a report filed by the Ed O'Bannon plaintiffs in their lawsuit against the NCAA."
What year did Maryland leave the acc 2014? When did the Ed O'Bannon case start and end 2009-2014
In July 2009, Ed O'Bannon, a former basketball player who was a starter on the UCLA's 1995 national championship team, and the NCAA Basketball Tournament Most Outstanding Player of that year, filed a lawsuit against the NCAA and the Collegiate Licensing Company, alleging violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act and of actions that deprived him of his right of publicity.[6] He agreed to be the lead plaintiff after seeing his likeness from the 1995 championship team used in a video game without his permission.[7] The game featured a UCLA player who played O'Bannon's power forward position, while also matching his height, weight, bald head, skin tone, No. 31 jersey, and left-handed shot.[8]
In January 2011, Oscar Robertson joined O'Bannon in the class action suit.[9] Bill Russell is also among the 20 former college athletes who are plaintiffs.[7] Electronic Arts and The Collegiate Licensing Company, both original co-defendants with the NCAA, departed from the case and finalized a $40 million settlement that could net as much as $4,000 to as many as 100,000 current and former athletes who had appeared in EA Sports basketball and football video games since 2003.[10][11]
In 2014, federal judge Claudia Wilken allowed the lawsuit against the NCAA to proceed to trial on June 9.[12] The trial concluded on June 27, and final written closing statements were submitted on July 10. Wilken was expected to reach a verdict within weeks.[13] A verdict was reached on August 8, 2014 which the judge ruled against the NCAA.

It seems like Clemson should be in negotiations by now, right? Has anyone heard anything about that? I would assume that if the team goes to the open market y'all could get a lot of money, but there are some recruiting advantages by staying with Nike (or so I'm told). What do you guys think? (always looking to get info about stuff like this).

North Carolina Nike $150,000 in cash and $2.8-$3.4 million in Annual Product. But we don't know the year this list is from sometime from 2009-2014
