By the damage to the worms on the deck (assuming there were used ones) . . . Hard to tell how you rigged them . . .
Appears you were fishing shallow, so no "Shaky Head" . . .
Guessing rigged unleaded, free falling . . . possibly small hook in the mid/section, "Wacky" Style . . . if so, probably a spinning reel with med action 6 1/2 foot Rod . . . 10 - 12 # test line
