Will the completely unproven Jeff Scott succeed or do you go outside and find someone with established experience?

with the tools we have, I'm not certain OJT is the best way to go with this next hire.

That said, I don't know how much Scott knows. Let's say, for example, Morris let him call todays game as a trial game. I liked what I saw for the most part. But in general, let's go with a more proven commodity.
