If you are in your 30's with a ton of medical issues

It may not be your genetics.
If you have diabetes, liver issues, kidney issues, high blood pressure, your gallbladder needs to be taken out, so forth and so on that requires 15 different medicines to control. It may not be your genetics. It may be you being 5'2" and 280 lbs with legs that look like tree trunks.
And if that is you DON'T WEAR A SKIRT TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY.

From my observations, people like this all have one thing in common: They started taking ADD medication at a very young age, and the amount of medication they're on has snowballed from there

Now, they're eating pills like m&m's just to function every day.
From my scientific observations, it usually goes like this: ADHD diagnoses, which begets an anxiety diagnoses, which begets a depression diagnoses, which causes weight gain, which begets a weight loss prescription, which begets high blood pressure medication, which begets some sort of other medical issue.....And the snowball rolls down, and down, getting bigger and bigger.
