We should wind up on top - I am guessing north in the polls.
direct answer would be that we move up to 14 or 13 and FSU drops to 9.
and if we both win out - Clemson gets the playoff no matter if FSU is 2....no way they select FSU over CU if CU wins in their house.

this is what will happen if we beat them kind of reminds me of 2011 when we beat VT in the ACCCG when we moved up to 15 and they dropped to 11 even after beating them for the 2nd time that season

The polls are trivial except for the one the selection committee publishes in this late October.
ESPiN, and everyone who get their information, takes, impression and outlook on NCAA football will continue to publish polls because it's their business. The selection committee will be influenced little if any at all by these polls. Meaning, the SOS will be from their experience and calculation not ESPiN's, AP's and USA Today's polls.

Depends on the win... if we win late, in a close game that could have realistically gone either way, mid teens w Free Seafood U staying ahead of us. If we go into their house and beat them convincingly, low teens with us being ranked real close to them. If we do what they did to us last year, low teens w them falling to mid teens.
Solution, just win and win out. Everything else will fall into place and the foundation is set for a strong run to come over the next few years.

If we win by at least 40-50 points at their house, then FSU would drop far enough to allow ALL of the SEC teams to be ahead of them, and we would be right below that.
