If the refs had actually called targeting on Bama #30

when he hit TL16 with the crown of his helmet, would TL16 have had to go out of the game for concussion protocol? He got up fine, so I'm guessing not. But sometimes I've seen players that were hit go into the medical tent for a while. I'm glad that did not happen. Maybe we actually caught a break with the no-call.

He would have stayed in the game.

We were fortunate though that Muse didn’t get called for targeting. To their credit, the officials let em play Monday night and didn’t throw any unnecessary flags. The flags that were thrown were obvious penalties.
