Yanity is also the sports director at a tv station, and also does coverage for the panthers. So that's a lot on his plate. Maybe the change was made because Yanity is involved with so much else.

So why didn't CUAD do a National search? They hired Dabo's butt boy because his role in Athletic Department had been dismissed due to the hiring of the guy from Bama. This play had been in the works for a while...sad IMHO. Frankly this is third rate BS,,,no other way to put it!

Radio is a distant 3rd as far as broadcast media. Why should Clemson spend a lot of time, money, and effort to do a "national search" when they can save money and use a servicable talent that's already on the payroll? Is the radio voice really that crucial a part of the Clemson marketing package these days? I tend to think not.

they're both local and would probably be cheaper.
I'm not saying any of them would be my first choice, but if we're gonna get someone who's already in town there are still much better options than Munson.

we spent 80% of the time talking about Clemson sports.
He and Pete used to ride to away games together. Harold said Pete is an incredible guy.
I siriusly think he was forced out as the football PBP guy, and when asked to stay on with basketball, he said "no thanks".
