yep, IPTAY could tell you if he was a member and printed 2 times. If not, the ticket office could probably tell it he really printed 2 times. It could the scanner was wrong or the person scanning did not know what he was doing

The gate scanner told us they were bad. We then had to go to the ticket office. That's when they said the tickets were reprinted and the ones we had were voided. Reprinted means the real owner reported lost or stolen right?

Well he technically didn't give us a name. We found an email with his signature on it. He deleted his signature on all but 1 email. He also said to meet at his work. Which we later confirmed this to be true on facebook. I don't see how it couldn't be fraud unless he bought the tickets from someone and got scammed himself. But what are the odds of that? And if it was honest then why ignore us now?

I find it very odd that he didn't make any effort to hide his identity. If he is the ticket holder then he knew he was going to sell his tickets and then report them lost. If he is not the ticket holder then what? Not responding to our attempts to rwacheck him is weird considering he sold them outside of his work.

Just an update. Thanks for the help with th is issue. We plan on calling iptay tomorrow and calling the Greenville nonemergency line to report this scam. I spoke with a VP of the company at my church and he stated that we should report to the authorities and not try to confront him in the parking lot to avoid getting in trouble ourselves. We will keep you posted.

His facebook also says he left ScanSource in early August so be careful.
