Not one bit! But no way in heck should Bama get ND just so they don’t have to have a repeat of Tonight. Also, a 2 loss team doesn’t deserve it over OK. Period.

There’s more to it. We go head to head with gerogia in recruiting. Playing in CFB is an elite level players want to be a part of. If they get in when they don’t deserve it, it gives UGA leverage they don’t deserve and that we do. Recruiting matters.

Saying it is BS for them to be there. Bad for CFB. This could turn into the BCS all over again. Is UGA a top 6 team that could beat any of the others? Yes. Are they deserving over conference champions? Absolutely not. And before you compare, they have not played the same opponents consistently to compare.

So in that case why do we play the regular season games. You are not one of the 4 best if you lose 2 period! You got eliminated in the tournament that is the regular season. Where does it end?

UGA presents some interesting match-up problems for us. I would prefer to play neither them nor Bama in the first round of the playoff.

do not deserve CFP. LSU beat them badly. And now 2 losses, Georgia is out. If we play Georgia it would be a nice game, old school feel to it, but Clemson would be at minimal a 10+ favorite. With ND at 3, Clemson is +7 favorite, plus ND HAS NOT LOST A GAME. They should be, and will be 3 ?

and Oklahoma was conference champ but UGA wasn't, I would say put them (UGA) in, definitely. But they lost twice AND don't have any hardware.
Oklahoma beat the same amount of ranked teams and the only team that beat them, they got revenge on a neutral site.
UGA has two teams that they have not proven they could beat. Oklahoma proved they could beat every team on their schedule.

If that’s what you get from the discussion you miss the point. The media is pushing to have SEC losses trump other conference wins.
Herbie wants to move them up a spot for losing to Bama. Their two best wins (Florida and Kentucky) are to be regarded as better than Oklahoma’s two best wins (Texas and WV) by such a wide margin that it overcomes winning the Big 12 and having a better win loss record. All because SEC.
