Not a Trump supporter, but Biden voters GITT and tell

me why Biden's cognitive difficulties aren't concerning ? Seriously he's propped up with meds and handlers. He obviously won't be making any major decisions in his presidency
I'm voting Jorgensen, BTW.

Trump and Biden may be equal there....their staffs are not. Just getting rid of Stephen Miller alone is worth a Biden vote.

Because he will surround himself with competent people and he is a 1 term POTUS who is still an upgrade on Trump.

But I think evidence is there that he has declined in sharpness. I mean, he'd be the oldest man ever elected, so it's understandable. If he were President, I would make it a matter of prayer that God would allow him to have a clear mind throughout his term.

he is cognitively going downhill. However, I also don’t think Trump is mentally competent enough to be president. So when given the choice between one person who is mentally unfit for office, but is also an a$$hole who is a terrible leader determined to divide our nation, and another mentally unfit person who will probably just sit in a corner while other competent people run the country, I will take the latter.

The fact that he has installed three "originalist" SCOTUS members actually makes this an easier decision for me (though I'm not not exactly a huge fan of "orginalism"). If the Biden administration and House...and possibly a blue Senate overstep their boundaries --- SCOTUS is there to knock things down.
I do enjoy checks/balance... and gridlock. Slow and steady change is the way this old school GOP globalist likes things.

If you say Biden has cognitive difficulties, then...
Nov 2, 2020, 4:21 PM

you have to say he's always had them.
The man confuses his words a lot. He always has. I don't know if it's a function of his stuttering issues where he has to speak on auto-pilot sometimes or what.
For me, I don't think he has cognitive issues of consequence.
I'm voting for him because I believe him to be a decent guy who will put the country ahead of himself. All of this non-sense about the 25th amendment, etc...is being pushed by the Trump campaign. They're trying in all desperation to make this a choice election and not a referendum on the Trump 1st term. I don't think they're been successful, but we're about to find out.
I will feel better about my voting for him if the GOP can keep the Senate, which isn't looking great right now.

this reason. I think this stutter perhaps makes things appear worse than they are, but I do worry that he won't make it 4 years. I just feel better about the people around him and their decisions (as it affect my life) as compared to Trump's administration.
The damage is somewhat done though..the impact on SCOTUS and the judicial system could lead to some interesting decisions/reversals in the future.

things as best I can. But I can't say that something will never happen. I never would have thought a global pandemic would happen an d the leader of our country would deny science and trash talk doctors, but it has. I mean, I genuinely don't feel that Trump acts in the country's best interest. Only in his own. So I feel that my 'worry' has been validated in some ways. I have no idea what could happen next.
Also, in general, when a person is slow to denounce hate groups because he doesn't want to lose their vote...I don't think I want that person leading my country. Nor do I want the people he surrounds himself with in any positions of power.

This election isn't really about Trump and Biden. It's about how you want the U.S. to go ... to remain a capitalist nation with some safeguards ... OR ... state run socialism. If the Dems take the WH, the Senate and the House, you won't recognize this country in 3-4 years. It will be a shame! A Biden win will surely generate a lot of "Voters' remorse!" Trump ain't perfect, but he also ain't a Marxist!
