If Clemson reaches a super regional?

Will everyone be satisfied and happy. And say Monte lee has made progress? Will people stop hating Monte Lee. Because obviously making it to a super regional is the next step for baseball that to me would be a successful season and a step up go Tigers!

If Coach Lee doesn't make it to the super regionals, the folks of tigernet will be calling for his head in a jar. and we all know tigernet gets what it wants...

Yes. I would say that he has made progress.

I doubt it. I don't know anyone who hates Monte. But if someone DOES hate Monte, I don't imagine winning a regional would change anything.

Guess it depends on why u think Jack was fired and why Monte was hired. I'm guessing something along the lines of stagnation.

So if Monte was brought in to take the program above where it was, then so far he's failed. 40 wins seems to make alot of folks feel good, perhaps that does signify a good season. However I still believe Clemson should be classified as a blue blood in baseball. It's hard to make that argument though if we cant reach Omaha 1 out of 10 years.

Maybe there's underlying issues there I'm not aware of, if so, then it's up to the admin. to fix them. If not, then Monte needs to either change his staff or his philosophy. Because I get the feeling next year will be a crucial year toward job security for him
