USuCk ticket advice needed
Nov 13, 2012, 12:52 PM
|
|
I'm a student, but I've never tried to get a Clemson/USuCk ticket through Collegiate Club. Distribution begins for us Thursday, but I'm definitely not feeling the camping thing... any students here think I'll be okay going around 9:00 a.m.?
Any information is greatly appreciated!

Sadly, here is some actual advice

Because it is a night game, some of your college friends will not pace themselves properly. Find the loudest party and someone will not be able to make to them game, use their ticket.
Plan B: wait for another student to leave early, use their ticket to re-enter.
*I said sadly because no one wants to see someone get that drunk.

With both teams in the top ten... yeah he's right, you probably don't deserve a good seat.

I camped for every game my senior year. It sucked to have to study with a flashlight on the concrete, but I wouldn't go back and do it any different.

No, not confused. I just find it weird that it seems I have to divulge personal details about my life and situation to get any advice here from "fellow fans" without catching flack. You guys are quick to knock someone if they don't fit into your fan standards!
That's all.

Preferably friends that you don't have classes with, that way you can switch and still attend classes.

have the other student's id...may be worth checking on. Surely someone in one of your classes is camping out and would pick up a ticket for you.

I'm a freshmen in IPTAY and I'm camping out as I type this. If you want student tickets in the student section or on the hill than you should probably consider camping out or giving your IPTAY card to somebody who is. If you dont do that, I would at least wake up early (around 6am) Thursday morning and make your way to the stadium. You would still be behind everyone who is camping out but you stand a better chance... But why wouldn't camp out? South Carolina and Clemson will likely be in the top 10 when we play, its a 7 pm kickoff, too. This is THE game of the year...These are some of the best 4 years of our life, go make some memories!

I work at a funeral home and there is always a chance I'll get called in. Unfortunately, I need to be able to buy groceries and pay bills. Lol
