IPTAY - Seating Assignment Release Date

Bought a couple extras this season

Do they release the seat assignment prior to mailing the tickets out?

If so what is the projected date

Last year I got an email on 8/4 that said you could see your seats and parking online under order history but I remember being able to see them a few days before the email went out. My order history is showing tickets and parking now but no assignment so we should be getting close.
