IMO Tre Lamar has HUGE effect on this game

The middle linebacker is the player who interacts with the coaches to get the play call and then communicate it to the rest of the team. We were frequently not set at the time of the snap and looked discombobulated. Haven’t heard it mentioned much but I think Lamar being out was a huge reason our defense was so off.

I totally agree. I said that to the guy sitting in front of me last night, that Tre Lamar brings an intensity to the defemse and they didnt have that last night. They never really seemed to get set and USuC went uptempo on second down with a lot of success while were not ready for the snap.
