We need GT to knock the VOLS

ACC did not look all that impressive with NC, NC State, and FSU losing. Also, Louisville did not look that impressive against Purdue. We need a good showing from VT and Tech. I believe having a strong competitive conference is to our advantage in the long run.

Tennessee's defense should be pretty good after a rough 2016 season of injuries and inconsistencies.
Eight of the top nine tacklers from last year are back, while the Georgia Tech offense is starting a new quarterback and lost top running back Dedrick Mills to “violation of team rules” issues.
The defense won’t stop the the Yellow Jacket ground game enough to put the game away until late, but all of the new parts in the Tech backfield will be off just enough to keep the option from being as sharp as it needs to be.
Tennessee is only favored by 4 in this game which is a little surprising to me. I think the final score will be something in the 31 - 17 range Tennessee.

We've proven we can beat any team from any conference. The ACC was way weaker back when FSU went undefeated in the conference for like 10 years in a row and it didn't hurt them.
Now if we hadn't proven anything yet I would agree with you but we are past that now.

Idk whether you're trolling or just plain stupid. Perception of the ACC doesn't matter to us. We play a strong OOC and we've made the championship game two years in a row. Washington made it into the playoffs last year with the 60th toughest schedule. I find it hard to believe we would be less than that. If we take care of our business the rest will take care of itself.

You don't believe having a stronger ACC league affect exposure of the league and hence exposure to the new recruits. You never heard that good recruits want to play in strong conferences. You have never seen DABO flaunt the strength of the conference in recent interviews at the beginning of the season.

Their winning does nothing for me.
Plus, it will have SEC homers calling in/tweeting Walt Deptooler every day this week giving him h3ll which is funny to listen to cuz he'll just turn it back on them for HOURS at a time.
Walt's tirades on SEC Football are hilarious to me. Most entertaining part of his show.
