behind it that he traveled back in time to 5 minutes before he ran through, and then he ran through it again. In theory, yes, if he already ran through it once five minutes in the past, then the hole would already have been made. However, that would not be the real time experience of said wall-runner-througher.

Of bricks are we talking about? That could have a serious effect on the first run which may incapacitate the runner making the second run nearly impossible.
