When things have gone so incomprehensibly wrong and appear to have absolutely no way of improvement ... it's the perfect euphemism .

Besides , I believe I witnessed an *actual* dumpster fire on Two Notch Rd. while living in Columbia in the early 90's . Which is ironic , considering that most of Two Notch is itself ... a dumpster fire .

I feel the same way about “throwing shade.”

Pretty stupid and annoying saying IMO.

Do I wish people would just make a statement instead of acting like they are on Jeopardy? Yes, yes I do.

I've often thought about setting a dumpster on fire way up Green St. , above Five Points ... at about 00:01 on a Saturday morning .... in November .
Just pushing it enough to get it started down there .
Maybe tape a couple banks of Roman Candles to the upper edge so there's a nice catchy ending when it comes to rest near the Harden St. intersection .

That's a fun idea . Nothing more than a laugh .

Stale Expressions

Can we get rid off "Signature Win", too? I'm sure our fans can think of dozens of other stale expressions.

Only coots and coot symphathizers wish that term would cycle out.

I'm sick of every announcer now having to say.............

"put points on the board." Nobody "scores" anymore apparently.

This is another over-used expression that announcers all think they have to use, especially the 10th-rate announcers.

I hate the term "touches". Sounds like sexual assault to me.
