Like definitely fairly above average, and there are some things that I can do extremely well. Considering all I know about cooking and baking I learned from watching my grandmother in the kitchen, I'm pretty proud of that. But I'll tell you what, I can make a gravy that will make you want to sleep with your sister. Pretty much any kind of gravy, for whatever reason I've got it "nailed" so to speak.
