Clemson first began using it with Justin Miller a few years ago?

When I see us line up n the Wildcat, the first thing that enters my mind is "wasted down" ...

Justin Miller couldn't make it work.
James Davis couldn't make it work.
CJ Spiller couldn't make it work.
Davis AND Spiller together couldn't make it work.
Andre Ellington can't make it work.

I honestly think it *might* just be somewhat effective with Sammy Watkins but only because the defense has to respect the pass.

Personally I hope we put it on the shelf ...

Agree. Why run it, too many other plays are working well. Wildcat trick play at BC resulted in an int., swung the momentum to BC.

Agree completely. Wildcat is a "dud" play. Please take it off the play chart.

Agreed.
I think we would do best to break it down to an in your face, beat your ### smashmouth playbook. run it, pass it, push it hard, push it fast. No more pussyfooting around.
No fancy show boat "myehh run teh optionzz and slide like a dog scratching itself" trick-play BS.


Get the coverage up on defense, learn to read the plays, HIT HARD, and break the other teams neck.
