The exercises is already took place for this cycle. If Rocket Man doesn't follow through with his promises then the exercises will start up again, if he's lucky.

Most people remember that TheRump promised Kim that he would protect the dictatorship of Kim, as well as make him one of the richest guys in the world.
Protecting a ruthless dictator -- that's cool, right? Making him rich, too! (TheRump is envious of Kim and Putin. Of course, he owes Putin $40M for his 2016 election campaign, so he's playing nice w Russia.)
The Senate is smart to demand their approval of TheRump's finnagling. You will see that TheRump (known as "the idiot" or "the moron" to most of his cabinet members) has given Kim the farm, without any verifiable gains for the US or our allies near NKorea. TheRump is a moron; even his ignorant cabinet knows that. He didn't need to prep for a meeting with a dictator from the other side of the world. What an idiot!

And, he is a dirty old man, a narcisist, and a racist. Plus, he has bragged about sex with a minor.

Congress should definitely have the option to approve whatever agreement the president crafts with DPRK. Like they should have done with the Iran deal and the Paris Accord. Let’s hope Trump learns from Obama’s mistakes.

North Korea was a puppet state. All Trump did was cut the strings. Kim and his people are now free. Most people don't know what's going on but will hopefully find out soon.
