Does IPTAY still allow donating for missed years?

I missed a couple years and wanted to try to get those years shored up. Does IPTAY still let you retroactively donate for past years? I'm having a hard time finding that, but seem to recall it being an option in the past.

Looking for a loophole to the Priority Points System?

Even if they mandated a minimum of $250 per prior year, that would be a huge loophole in the Priority Points system.

You get a point per prior year and credit for cumulative giving. Giving for back years now would be a significant loophole.

At the minimum donation level to get seats you need $160?

So that would be $8800 to be eligible for seat in the $160 areas. Then he would have to wait and hope some 1 leaves to get seats.

I guess the next year he could donate more and use those points to get priority in a better area, but he'd still have to hope some 1 leaves.

I guess theoretically you could manipulate the system this way depending on how many years you did.
