Wow, hard to believe Buchholz was 12th in the nation with the percentage he missed last year. In addition to his strong leg, we really need Mark to improve his accuracy numbers this year.

Agreed - we need better accuracy, but in Buchholz's defense, because of his leg strength, we tried kicks most schools were not trying. Even in the Bowl game, from the exact same spot on the field, Bowden had Buchholz try a 50+ (I think it was 53 or 54 yards) yard field goal, and Auburn, a couple possessions later punted from the same spot. We would be in good shape next year if he can hit 90% inside of 40, and 50% beyond - then we just need to be smart about when we try the long kicks.
