Those of us old enough to remember, remember many close hard fought victories during the Ford years.

We've been spoiled the last few years with high scoring offenses but we're still winning. And that is what is most important.

I don't care how we win, just win.

I remember the Ford years. Conference championships, National Championship and a consistent whipping of the "chickens". Yeah, I remember the Ford years.

Was Ford's OC paid the equivalent of 1.3 million dollars??? We have the highest paid OC in the country. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a top 10 offense.

I don't think that is unreasonable.

I do however think we need to keep injuries, graduation etc in mind.

I don't think I seen anyone before the season say Clemson would have a great O this year.

I totally agree. It was chew your fingers off each week.

These posters would have wanted him fired after 4th or 5th year, even with a NC under his belt.

No patience in today's society. Everyone wants instant gratification.

Amen.

Although he won a title, a year or so after the title, we would see many calling for his head because he wasn't doing the same day after day, year after year.

I don't think it's wrong to critique teams or point out the bad but some of it goes way overboard.
