I expect him to make a winning head coach someday. He just needs to lose the ego and find some humility.

I was in TN when we (Clemson) rejected him as head coach. I didn't find out until the next day when he was introduced as UcheaT's head coach. I had dozens of friends who were UT fans and they though he was finer than frog's hair. I told them they would regret the hire.

I tried to explain he was a lightweight, chicken chit guy for blaming his losses on the management when it was HC of the Raiders. You never talk chit about a former boss in public. UT fans didn't listen.

I was there when he left them and called around to his recruits asking them to not attend their classes so they could transfer to USCw without having to sit out a year. I lmfao at my friend's remorse and said 'I told you not to fire Fat Phillip.
