sure he seems like a good person off of the field.but i want the best person in the game.and he obviously isnt the best qb on the team

Cole will be back. Watson needs to prove he can consistently play at this level. He will have the inevitable Freshman slump and folks will be hollering for Cole.

Do you also feel bad for the other 63-ish scholarship players who don't get to start or even play at all?

Sure it sucks for Cole but he very clearly isn't the best player at his position. If you were him, would you think it was ok to start of watson? I sure hope not.

He is calm, patient and an accurate passer. Has legs too.

One hiccup should not have cost him the start .

DW's tries at runs were null.

I am just saying I hope he gets to play.

Is this what you think cost him the job? Because although that did contribute, that was not the reason.

Did you not think DW clearly played better when he was in? I saw a true freshman as calm, cool and collected as could possibly be against the number 1 team in the nation on the road. Not sure how else to say it but DW just flat out beat CS for the position.

Cole was playing scared. He was playing not to make mistakes not to win. He fell apart after he threw that it in uga and never recovered.
