Most all great power hitters had a uncanny 'eye'. Looks like this kid is one!!

Both, you can tell he has had a lot of coaching the way he is able to separarate his upper and lower body, his ability to sit on a pitch and the way he uses his feet to create power from the ground. Some of that though you can't teach, the upper body rotation through the ball etc. Most hitting coaches do not teach the trail elbow strait up in the air like Seth although a lot of great hitters have done it. The guy breaking down the video knows what he is talking about. Better than the breakdowns you see on TV.
