I remember in the 2006 game

after we missed the field goal, feeling a sense of absolute shock. Shock that wow we had really just lost to South Carolina. A gamecock fan in front of me reacted in a way that said the same thing "wow we just actually beat Clemson!". This was my first real experience in losing to the Coots (in 2001 I was at a monsters inc. birthday party or something and didnt't)

Little did I know then that now I will feel the same exact shock when we ever beat them again.

A female Scar hick walked out of DV in front of me that yr

and was praising God that she was able to witness scar beating Clemson.

It was as if it was on her bucket list.


I hope it never gets that bad for us.

It will be like it was for them in 2006. Even after 5 in a row the fans have not been as bad as they were that year (or so it seemed). I have learned how to deal with it.
