Anybody heard anything like this?
Robert who runs clemsoninsider.com said this when asked about it....Quote"Not really comfortable answering this question at this time. We will see if we can put some info out there at the appropriate time if necessary"end quote.

not want to co-coordinate like he had to at OU. I could see this happening. Also, he'd have great D talent to work with every year. I hate to say it, but he might also now look at Dabo with some doubt regarding his head coaching ability, now that he's been around him for a while. Hard to believe he would doubt him this early in the process, but you never know. All this is obviously speculation, but none of it is out of the question.

i could see BV being a little worried about his situation. the fact is that with the style of offense dabo has chosen it is hard to have a defense that will be very good statistically. so when yall score 30 something a game and lose a few because the other team scores moe who is gonna take the heat? some at clemson already want him gone. being a DC on that type of offensive team is not the easiest job.

i didnt mean at clemson as in actual university officials. i meant fans as evidenced by several posts in this thread and many others over the past few days.
and for the record, i think he will stay. i just think if a team with equivalent defensive talent and a more traditional offense came calling i could see where it might be tempting.

ense than what we run on the offensive side of the ball. any offense would like to score on most every play. on d if your offense scores, you hold the opposition to 3 or less, thats a win. most games we won, or at least came close in time of possession, so the more you score,the better for the d, makes life alot easier.

Seems empty... We are recruiting extremely well on the defensive side of the ball and they are improving. Looks like we'll have a solid defense within 2 years if he stays.

Please consider the sources. Although, I will say that by the end of the 2013 season at the latest, Dabo is going to have to choose between Charlie Harbison and Brent Venables.
