Plan, plan, plan some more, and when the time comes all of your planning goes out the window and you wing it. I do know I've got some rudimentary sailing skills, weapons, and a pretty bad mean streak. So I figure my path is relatively clear. Even though I'd probably get killed on the way to the coast in a road rage incident. No idea what the rest of you will do.
I've heard not so nice things about the locals of Caribbean islands not being too welcoming to outsiders who try to live there full time, so not sure how that will go. Maybe we'll have a nice depopulation wave thanks to COVID to tidy things up for the survivors.

They will have to do something on the 2020 tax return, but that still will not get it all back.
The strange thing is this is contrary to the information I researched back when the CARE act passed.
