I ordered a coil spring compressor Thurs.

The company 'toolpan,' is on the west coast so I paid 36 bucks for two day air UPS. The people who shipped it are in Char NC and it didn't ship until yesterday around 5PM. The UPS website says it's shipped ground. It's due today according to UPS tracking.

Should I raise all sorts of hail about paying for something I didn't need?

You should raise hell for paying for a service if you didn't receive it.
If you paid for air and they shipped ground, they should refund.
