Monday we superb. It snowed on us yesterday. The only not superb part was the cloud that sat on the mountain all day.

Today would be great as well.

Who knows what it will look like next week. Its been so hit or miss the last few seasons with the unusually warm weather. I think I skied more in March last year than Jan and Feb combined. Which is a plus b/c of lower rates.

I always stay at the red house found right in downtown B.E. where 184 t-bones in the 194. I know the gal that owns the place. I hear the Quality Inn has good eggs. You can AirBnB it or look form something at the Sugar Mtn Resort.

If I were you Id go during the week. The weekend and especially MLK Day is absolutely the worst idea.

Saturday will suck major balls once the 12PM crowd shows up.

If you're driving two cars Id drop one off at the lodge early in the morning. If you're driving one car you better get to the lodge at 730-8AM for a halfway decent parking spot

I haven't skied at Beech in 30 years I think my next day trip I'm going to there. I doubt it will be less crowded but I want to ski somewhere new
