how can you tune in to your games every week and just watch your team get obliterated? Worst part is that they KNOW its going to happen. Yes I know we haven't always been great at football, but we've ALWAYS been competitive, at least as far as I can remember. Yeah we've been blown out a few times, but it has never been a weekly occurrence. At some point you just have to say screw it and find a new team right? I mean unless you actually went to that school nothing is holding you back. Just dont come over here!

Exactly. They're willing to put up with a perennial sucky football team in the fall just so they can cheer on wimmins' basketball in the spring.

I guess most true coot fans are like me.When Hootie was our coach we
lost a lot of games but I still remained a Clemson fan and I'm not
a Clemson grad. I would never choose another team. Growing up in
Greenville, my friends as well as me were all dyed in the wool Clemson
fans and will be until we don't exist..win or lose. My hat is off to
those loyal coot fans.
