this latest Trump thing. They all have one thing in common: the word "but". Every single post has the word "but" in it, in a prominent place, near the start of the post.
It's interesting how eager we are to attack someone we don't like. But when someone we do like does something wrong, we've got a "we're all sinners" post out there in five seconds flat. I do this, too.
Anyone who wants to be President is accepting, as part of their pursuit, that their past will be scrutinized to an extreme degree. They must be willing to accept the consequences of that. Apologizing is good, and forgiveness is ready. But that doesn't mean there are no consequences.
This was always going to happen. Republicans chose this when they pulled the lever for Trump in the primaries. They, too, must accept the consequences of that choice.

Please do not confuse me as a Hillary supporter but leaving out some insults to either might benefit the truth.
