Final shots won't drop, Irish avoid the upset in Littlejohn

Clemson missed two shots in the last ten seconds and nine second half turnovers didn't help the cause as No. 10 Notre Dame avoided the upset with a 60-58 win over the Tigers in Littlejohn Coliseum Tuesday night. Full Story »

Watched the game...was proud of how our Tigers hung in there. I feel Hall should have been on the line because he was fouled. He could have tied the game up with two free throws. Even the announcers said he was fouled. It could have went to over time. I am proud of our Tigers even if we lost. Some problems but they played with the intensity I like to see. GO TIGERS... don't let this get you down. Just keep working and executing and believing in yourselves and good things will happen. GO TIGERS>>>>EXECUTE AND BELIEVE.

I liked the wide open three we got better than ...

... getting to the line with a chance to tie.

Not getting the call on the obvious foul on Hall was terrible and we should have been on the FT line ... but ... the way things turned out, we ended up with a great look at a three that wins the game if it goes.

We have to have a guy who knocks that shot down if we want to become a great team.

Two horrible turnovers by Harrison offset what had been a great game for him

Just missing that one guy who can be counted on in crunch time. JB can be that guy, but he's not there yet. Also, terrible performance from Grantham tonight. In hindsight, BB probably should've played Ajukwa a few more minutes tonight

Very true great effort played hard but I feel like we needed that win after losing to Miami to have a shot at the tournament. I don't feel like we can beat duke or Notre dame away but I hope we can pull a upset. Would love to see us back in the Ncaa tournament

Watching this team play "offense" against" a man to man is painful, watching us against a zone excruciating. I'm afraid we are a perennial NIT team until we play both ends of the court.

Notre Dame-60, Tigers-58, Refs-4

No excuses though we could have won.
I like the way these boys have improved this year... Great effort
