Watching Biden at the CNN drive in town hall..

I honestly kinda' feel sorry for the guy. You can tell they gave him some kind of stimulant(his eyes show it as well), he is drooling and once again he can't keep a train of thought.
Luckily for him every time his mind starts to wander Anderson Cooper steps and takes over the conversation.
Honestly he reminds me of Reagan in regards to cognizance in his last couple months. He's lucid for periods and then just loses his thoughts and ability to speak.
Also, you can tell the questions were rehearsed and given to him in advance.

I'm going to assume the night went pretty well for Biden.

He still had trouble stringing a sentence together at times

and would lose his train of thought.
Overall it was pathetic.

watched some myself. Observations:

1) Good Lord Biden looks every one of his 77 years. Very old.
2) While Trump isn't that much younger, he does look fitter and is sharper.
3) I was actually impressed that Biden was able to rattle off a bunch of meaningless numbers at times.
4) I'd still vote for Biden over Trump, if it weren't for the LGBTQBLM Socialist party that he represents. Biden is fine. It's the People's Republic his Party will usher in that I can't vote for.
5) I'm getting my write in list ready. Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, Mark Cuban, Snoop Dogg...

1. yep. But was coherent for 90%. And empathy. He showed empathy again. His coaches need to get him to shorten his answers, and by the way, stay on topic. 2. Biden should try some orange fake tan. 3. He knew a lot of numbers. Not sure they were correct numbers. 4. I'm hoping Pubs keep the Senate to hold the Socialists at bay. Sooner or later though, the power of free stuff is going to win out. 5. Thanks to metro VA, you don't have to vote for Biden for him to win VA. Too bad for Trump it's based on total votes, not total square miles won.

My observations:
Sep 18, 2020, 9:12 AM
|
|
1 He took only 2 questions from Republicans
2 The questions were all on identical note cards and obviously vetted
3 He looked "hopped up", the man clearly was on something, especially at the beginning
4 He never actually answered most questions, just went off on tangents( The farmer asks about federalization of stream water rights and he goes into a spiel about banking land and crop usage for emmisions) AC never asked him to actually answer the acutal questions
5 He said he supported the Green New Deal but also supported his own deal. What?! And of course AC did not blink an eye about that comment
6 He and AC took their masks off as soon as they thought they were in commercial and huddled together like pre-teens in a school yard.
7 The whole setting was so bleak. I'm not sure why the DNC doesn't work on their optics when planning events.

You know one way to look younger when you get old

is to get fat. Fat erases wrinkles. William Shatner approves this message.
Skinny old people look old.

I've watched videos about the manure fuel and it is one of

the least cost effective ways to produce energy, not to mention all the other environmental problems that it can cause. You need to have specially lined manure ponds that have to monitored for leaking and viruses. Those ponds need to be placed far away from people and actually work as disease incubators.
It is just a bad idea.
I enjoy learning about alternative fuels and have hopes for some alternatives. But fossil fuels will never go away. There is no way to produce enough electric energy to smelt ore in a crucible or to keep a passenger jet in air from an electric motor.
