Favorite TV Announcers

Serious question -
With all the talk about Ed Cunningham and those clowns who did our game on ESPN last night, who are your favorite announcers who call our games on TV?
My are Brad Nessler and Todd Blackledge.

Agreed, it's unfortunate that he's a future Hall of Fame coach because he's the best announcer ESPN has had in years. He actually knew what he was talking about.

I can agree with those two. Blackledge is probably the best one they have. Musburger and Herbstreit aren't bad either.

Herbstreit is one of the best there is.

He knows his material, has good insight, and knows when to shut up instead of saying stupid things to fill TV time.
That being said. Meyer was very good for a lot of the same reasons, and Pollack will get to that point in a few years. He's very intelligent and knows how to compliment the teams he is covering (something Cunningham and Palmer don't know how to do).
just my $.02

he wasn't as "polished" or "PC" as they wanted. Another reason to dislike Raycom.

I am a fan of David Pollack. I know some people hate him but he's very fair and gives credit where it's due, no matter what team.

Sorry for the non-serious answer to a serious question. Keith Jackson was good back in the day.

I really like the Musburger/Herbstreit combo

Even though Musburger is losing his touch, he's still one of the most entertaining announcers around. And Herbstreit is an excellent announcer--doesn't fill the air with a bunch of meaningless crap, isn't afraid to be negative when he needs to be, doesn't show any sort of favoritism except when required by his ESPN overlords.
