Now that that's over... How can we make this easier

I see a lot of posts on social media from people were not able to cast a ballot due to either work constraints, kid constraints or whatever. So what are some ways we can make voting easier?

Mail in ballots? Drop box Ballots?

Holding election day on a Saturday?

There were plenty of people who brought their kids last night. I waited an hour and a half to vote. Even with all the early voting, I can't imagine someone couldn't make any time work.

I've always thought it bizarre that we vote on a Tuesday. Everyone is at work. We should vote on Saturday and Sunday. 2 days to vote....who's with me!

I was shocked to learn SC didn't have early voting a few weeks ago (just moved to Anderson this summer).

In Ga, early voting was from 8-5 M-F starting 2-3 weeks before election day and they always had one Saturday open too. There were 3 or 4 places in Columbia County (Evans/Martinez, GA) where you could go and wait was normally well under 30 minutes.

SC has early voting

I voted for Trump in 2016 at the University Ridge in Greenville. I went up there and got in line and showed my ID. They set me up the right ballot and boom Voted. It was about a week before the election. I was going to be out of town for work on Tuesday.

No questions asked. Just voted.


Anybody who doesnt vote is because they either didnt plan well or didnt care enough.
