should we not want them to win until the beatdown in Death Valley on 11/24?
They're the only ranked team left unless Duke or NC State slip in and they'll fall
back out when we beat them. When we beat SC, they won't drop much with the
SEC bias. Besides, they already have a couple of losses, so we don't have to worry
about that. If we get the Chik-Fil-A bowl, we'll end the season where we started it.

"Go #####!" Try saying that. Seriously, try it. You can't. Real Clemson Tigers never pull for them (except if in some rare case they were playing #1 or 2 and we were #3 needing to play for a NC).

when you really consider if any Gamecock fan would cheer for The Tigers. That ain't gonna happen...nor should the other. For those of us older grads, who went through the "Rat" system, it was considered heresy to say anything nice about SC or its programs. It was the game of the year, and most of our time was spent thinking of new degrading things to say about them. Thus, the trash thinking and talk became ingrained.

We NEVER want them to win. Some of their fans are really nice people, but hear me out here. Even the nice ones have had this smug sense of superiority about them because of the 3 game winning streak coupled with the whole "SEC is the greatest thing since sliced bread" crap. I know they have beaten us and they have earned the bragging rights. This does not mean that I will root for them to "help the rivalry". I could care less if they ever win another game. They suck and will always suck in my book. Just my 2 cents, so take it for what its worth. GO TIGERS AND GO VOLS!!!

Being a Clemson fan emotionally I cannot ever find myself pulling or even rooting for that other team in the cesspool of the state. With that being said though, the rational side of me looking at the political landscape of college football today knows that our strength of schedule greatly depends on how their season fairs. Just as much as it depends on how the criminoles do against the gaturds.
But even knowing all that I hope they go winless for the rest of the time they play football. But really could care less how their season goes as long a they lose and lose terrible to my beloved Clemson Tigers.
