Curious though, is our team entirely made of freshmen? I kind of figured there’d be a transfer or two to blend some experience into the team.

They do have some transfers as well. One from Notre Dame that I thought someone said was big Dexter Lawrence Girlfriend. There is also a few redshirt freshman that arrived last fall and were allowed to redshirt. Looking forward to watching the team play. Also, they actually start playing this fall during some scrimmage games against other teams. I think they play at North Georgia University on October 20. North Georgia is a Division 2 power house that has some girls in the professional league.

This team I believe will be competitive from the get go. I have coached against some of these girls and they are studs. I have one that will be there next year, possibly 2 more the year after. Also studs. My daughter committed to Presbyterian, hopefully she will get to play at Clemson a couple of times. Would be a dream come true.

I know at least 2 of them were from Furman. I also think that they do have 4 or 5 others that have been here at least one year, maybe 2.

in our first year. The ACC only has two or three dominant softball programs, so there is that. I read the bios and most of them were first team all conference and I believe one of them was even player of the year in the socon
