Are those ballots or applications for absentee ballots?

In many states politcal parties can mail absentee ballot applications or they can be requested online by a third party.

I get credit card applications for old residents at my apartment all the time! Guess how many crimes I would be committing if I filled them out and sent them back! It's too bad the election is only a couple months away, not even remotely possible to allow mail in voting that is accurate.

prison sentences; we might be able to deter people from sending in more than one ballot (even though that's not even what's in your picture). But alas...every person that gets more than one ballot will obviously mail them in, because free votes!
