I think people overrate these things in the minds of voters. Sure, there's a difference in winning by a wide margin vs. winning a close game, but there's really no difference in winning a game 48-10 vs. 60-10 IMO.

have we missed the playoffs yet because of it? Remember the "almost lost to Troy" BS the year we won the NC? Same narrative every year, always blown out by the committee. Until I see them rank us outside the top four I'm not concerned in the slightest.
