He does that every year. Something like 13 coaches leaving starting after the 2015 season. Coaches know they can build a career with Saban, but hate working with him. Unless you have a show cause penalty you don't hang around long.

It's another type of respect you have to give Saban. It's difficult with a lot of turn over, but somehow he handles it. We've been the other way, holding on to people, but that won't last forever. Give Saban credit.
