It was ridiculous at the beginning of the season and even more so now.
So what happens, Auburn drops 10 spots from a place they never should have been in the first place.
ESPN can deny the SEC bias crap all day long but here it is in our faces with Auburn.

were picking Jeremy Johnson as a top QB and Heisman candidate???
I know non-SEC fans (like most of us) can occasionally throw the baby out with the bathwater when criticizing the constant media fawning over the SEC, but for pete's sake, if these first 2 Auburn games are any indication, all the talking ESPN heads need to take some shots for jumping on the Aubie/Johnson bandwagon.

When all the SEC teams are over-rated from the beginning it affects who get's into the playoffs. You need to prove it on the field before you're ranked anywhere.
Clemson at preseason #6 makes more sense though we have no business there either.
