According to the very little that I have read and understood about NCAA injury insurance, Lattimore would need to enter the draft and see where or if he is picked up. Since he was projected as a 1st round pick and will likely now go I drafted due to the injury, it's the only way establish how much loss he has suffered due to the injury. He should get something in the middle of the first round money.... Somewhere in the 8-9 million range from insurance.

He's leaving USuC. Rumor has it the Ole Ball Sac has pulled his Scholarship because he can't do anything else for him. He cant afford to finish his degree. If you've been reading that he hasn't had anything to do with the football team since his injury.
