Obviously there was professional courtesy going on in the background as soon as Greenberg was fired and I'm guessing that things were 'paused' as the interview process was going on at VT. I sure hate to lose him for no other reason than his recruiting ties to SE Virginia & all the talent that comes out of that part of the state.
