Dwight is at the top of the list of eligible CU alums--he brings a wealth of NFL front office and playing experience, a national championship ring, two super bowl rings, and successful business experience to the table. I personally don't want to see us hire from the inside (no disrespect to Billy D and Kyle), we need some fresh thinking.
